The university management (executive board) consists of the president, two vice-presidents and the chancellor. The president of the university is the chairman of the executive board. The president elaborates the university policy guidelines and takes a pro-active role in the development of the university. The executive board is responsible for all university affairs and it decides on the allocation of staff and financial resources. The university management requires the consent of the university council in fundamental decisions and budget affairs.
