Quality Management at Ingolstadt University

Efficient functioning of workflows can stimulate the mobilization of released resources for a better student support. For this purpose, Ingolstadt University created the Quality Management (QM) unit. The gradual introduction of a large-scale quality management system as a step towards a possible system accreditation is the central responsibility of Mrs. Marlen Seurich-Nar.

First, major business processes of the university will be identified. Afterwards, measures for quality assurance and improvement will be taken in order to optimize the university processes. Appointment and examination procedures are pilot projects in the first quarter of 2010.
