Academic performance in teaching and applied research is based on a performant administration which relieves faculties and other units of administrative tasks. Managing public servant of the university administration is the chancellor. She/He is official superior of the non-academic staff and commissioner for budget affairs. Students are mainly counseled by the Office of Student Affairs and the International Office.
