Programme Objectives:

The study program Marketing/Sales/Media is a consecutive master program based upon a bachelor degree that offers a detailed insight into marketing, sales and customers service and covers aspects of communication- and media management as well as E-Business. Both strategic and operational knowledge about these customer-oriented areas in entrepreneurial value creation are conveyed academically founded and practice oriented. Two third of the lectures' content is being covered by the University of Applied Sciences Ingolstadt, one third by the University of Applied Sciences Augsburg.

Programme Overview:

The study program covers two fulltime study semesters. In the case of an extra-occupational study, the content can be allocated into further semesters. One semester for the master thesis completes the studies in both cases. Within the first two semesters the lectures will be held in Ingolstadt two days a week and one day in Augsburg. Admission:

The following qualifications need to be fulfilled by the applicants:

  • the successful completion of a business- or media-oriented degree at a German university with a minimum of 210 credit points and the final grade “good” or above (grade point average of min. 2,5) or an equivalent degree from a foreign university.
  • a successful completion of an aptitude test for the master program Marketing/Sales/Media.

Occupational Image:

The skills acquired during studying Marketing/Sales/Media empower graduants to take on qualified tasks and responsibilites in the marketing and sales in the industry- and service-sector as well as in the media business and in marketing- and media-agencies. The graduants possess a broad knowledge base that is needed to fulfill the job duties of a sales/marketing director in a company or as a managing director of a marketing and media agency.
