IT started to play a major role for most companies in terms of costs and benefits. There are fields of activity ranging from IT strategic planning to operative tasks, e.g. user support. Furthermore, the diversity and the quick changes of these fields as well as the variety of options impose a high level of management-related and professional requirements for all those who contribute with their decisions to the development of the IT environment. In order to fulfill these requirements, IT experts and managers must provide competence in IT, Management and Consulting.
