Programme Objectives:

The Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering is a joint program of Munich, Augsburg and Ingolstadt Universities of Applied Sciences. Its aim is to consolidate basic theoretical knowledge, to provide advanced knowledge in the field of Electrical Engineering and to reinforce key qualifications. The program offers a higher qualification completed with a world-renowned degree. It qualifies graduates for various activities ranging from taking responsibility for product development in technical projects over working in the higher public service in public institutions up to continuing their studies within a doctoral program. 

Programme Overview:

The program consists of a full-time (3 semesters) or a part-time (6 semesters) study. Students are enrolled at Munich University of Applied Sciences. Begin of studies is October 1 (for winter semester) and March 15 (for summer semester).

The program is divided into core areas and technical mandatory elective subjects (Modules I and II). Lectures and seminars of the core areas and mandatory elective subjects of the first module must be attended at Munich University, whereas project assignment and mandatory elective subjects of the second module may be attended at Ingolstadt or Augsburg universities, according to their study offers. The Master’s thesis can be submitted at all three universities.

Admission:

Applicants will have to submit immediately before the beginning of the Master’s program a Bachelor’s degree / Engineering “Diplom” (University of Applied Sciences) in Electrical Engineering, Information Engineering or a similar degree.
