The last several years were marked by a large number of mismanagement situations, even in prestigious companies, and therefore by a strong and growing interest in corporate compliance and governance topics. Furthermore, an increasing competitive pressure based on the economic crisis nowadays justifies the controlling of corporate decisions. Especially in times of crisis, people are more willing to pay bribe-money in order to win customers and ensure successful orders. It became a popular trend not to think about preventive measures and their implementation as long as budgets are tight. That’s why some companies are making the headlines, suffering a significant damage of their image. But it doesn’t have to be like that!
The CCG approach focuses on the relations and interests of stakeholders, managers, employees, suppliers, creditors and other people associated with a company. Well-trained employees contribute to the effective processing of all company relations and contracts. The Master’s program “Compliance and Corporate Governance” provides students with advanced knowledge in the field of value-oriented corporate management. During this practical training course, students acquire special and methodological knowledge as well as social competence.
In particular, participants are provided with interdisciplinary know-how, which enables them to understand overall systems and processes. The program qualifies comprehensively for entrepreneurial tasks and leading positions in national and international corporations, associations and public administrations.
The study program is executed in cooperation with the University of Konstanz and the Bejing Insitute of Technology.
