Real Estate Management


In the major Real Estate Management, the students get to know the basics about the real estate market (its stakeholders, legal and economic determining factors). Moreover, they acquire comprehensive knowledge about real estate investments (analysis, investment, financing), methods of real estate administration, active regulation and target-oriented optimisation of real estate assets. Current practical issues and guest lectures complete the theoretical education.

The lectures are structured in three mandatory modules with four semester hours each.

Occupational Image and Chances on the Job Market

Graduates have manifold job options in the real estate industry and in neighbouring areas with investors, banks, retail and service providers as well as public institutions or as a freelancer in a national and international context.

The figure of job holders in the real estate industry has increased by 80% over the last ten years. Due to an incremental appreciation of real estate as property value and the active regulation of real estate portfolios for capital investements, the demand for qualified real estate professionals rises.
