HR Management


In the major HR Management, the students extend their knowledge in Human Resources and Organisation. The students get to know the theoretical contents of HR Management as well as international HR- and organisational development and translate these in accompanying exercises. A specific practical relevance in this major is being realized by working on real projects for customers. The lectures are accompanied by a proejct seminar as well as a block course on social and methodic competencies.
