The IT department of Ingolstadt University in cooperation with the International Office and the Office of Student Affairs created an online application program for the internship semester.

Here or as a link on the intranet page of Ingolstadt University under Student Administration you will find back to the online-form “Internship”

There you can find all information and application forms you might need for your internship semester. You must fill in the online form with all internship details (valid also for voluntary internships!) that are relevant for your studies. Examples for all nececarry documents (contract, report, Certificate) you find in the german version of this page in german and english language!

Please note that, for the approval of your compulsory internship contract, you must enter all relevant information in the online program and submit a print-out of the completed form to the Office of Student Affairs (Building Kavalier Heydeck, 1st floor, room Z 463). Additionally you have to send scan-copies of your contract and the print out (each in signed Version!) to praktikum@haw-ingolstadt.de.
