The IT department of Ingolstadt University in cooperation with the International Office and the Office of Student Affairs created an online application program for the internship semester. 

Here   or as a link on the intranet page of Ingolstadt University under Student Administration you will find back to the online-form “Internship Semester” . There you can find all information and application forms you might need for your internship semester. You must fill in the online form with all internship details (valid also for voluntary internships!) that are relevant for your studies.

Please note that, for the approval of your compulsory internship contract, you must enter all relevant information in the online program and submit a print-out of the completed form and the apprenticeship contract (in triplicate) to the Office of Student Affairs (Building Kavalier Heydeck, 1st floor, room Z 463). 

Please note that voluntary internships abroad shall also be entered in our online mask because of the future funding opportunities. The financial support for internships abroad could otherwise decrease.
