What does “studies combined with immerged internships“ mean?

In this case, “dual studies” is referring to alternating periods of studies at Ingolstadt University of Applied Sciences and practical training in a company. During lecture period you study as a regular student. You spend your semester breaks and practical semester with on-the-job training in your company. Your bachelor’s thesis will be written with your company, too.

Application Procedure

In advance, please inform yourself about any issues concerning your qualification requirements and secondary school certificate approval, as well as, the visa procedure at Ingolstadt University of Applied Sciences.

Approximately 6 to 12 months before you start your studies, you should apply for the dual model in a participating company and close a contract with the company.

After having closed a contract with a company, you can apply online to Ingolstadt University of Applied Sciences. Please notice closing dates for application: May 02nd until July 15th for the Winter Semester, and November 15th until January 15th for the Summer Semester.
