Programme Objectives:

This interdisciplinary program aims to qualify graduates for current and future changes at the crossroads between HR & organizational development and management. 

Students are systematically provided with basic principles and methods of a modern corporate management. The program focuses on basic theory and practical methods of target-oriented management and personality development. It develops comprehensive management competencies and problem solving skills. The high level of practical relevance is reflected in participants’ working on specific tasks and in their high commitment and involvement.

Our program is carried out in cooperation with Deggendorf University of Applied Sciences.
